What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type and message. Nothing else is collected.

Purpose and legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1 a and b).

How long we keep it

Three years from our last exchange, then deleted, unless a contract is in progress.

Who receives it

Only DIBA LAB reads your data, and it is never sold or shared. Messages pass through our host Netlify (form handling) and arrive in our email. Netlify is based in the United States; this transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to Google or any third party when you visit.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@dibalabparis.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
